Product Pluto Rooftop
A Santa Monica rooftop party for Product Pluto, from golden hour to midnight, on a Void Air Motion and Stasys XV2 system. They booked us again that August.

Sound on a rooftop
Rooftops have no walls, and sound carries to the buildings around them.
Getting gear up top
Rooftop load-in means planning around elevators, stairs, and building rules.
Golden hour to late night
The party ran from a sunset crowd to a packed late-night deck.
Our approach
How we handled it.
We positioned the Air Motions to cover the deck and aimed them in toward the crowd, keeping the sound on the party instead of the neighboring buildings.
Two Stasys XV2 subwoofers gave the low end weight without needing to push the tops.
Our engineers ran levels from the 6pm sunset set through midnight, building energy as the deck filled up.
