Palm Springs Wedding
A tented garden wedding: white Void stacks on custom stands framing a checkerboard dance floor, from dinner and speeches through the last dance.
The challenge
What the event demanded.
Many moments, one night
Dinner music, speeches, and a full dance floor each need different sound, and the changes between them have to be seamless.
Speakers in every photo
At a designed wedding, everything is on camera. Black boxes on tripods would have broken the look.
Desert conditions
Palm Springs heat is hard on people and gear alike, so setup timing and equipment care matter.
Our approach
How we handled it.
White Void stacks on our custom white stands framed the checkerboard dance floor, so the system looked like part of the design.
Our engineers ran levels all night, keeping dinner conversational, speeches clear, and the dance floor full.
The system
- White Void Acoustics stacks
- Custom white speaker stands
- Microphones for speeches
- Two or more on-site sound engineers
The result
From dinner and speeches through the last dance, sound that matched the setting.
